This is a sample of the Chinese Firedrake jamming Voice of America signals in Thailand to the point where it is unintelligible. Recorded in April 2007. -
China's Firedrake (Clip)
The infamous Chinese Jammer signal found in shortwave bands - so strong it can be heard in almost any frequency blocking signals from western media and other programs said to be spreading anti-PRC propaganda reaching the People's Republic of China's peasant-citizens who are still using radios as means of gathering outside information/news from the already monitored internet-using "middle class". This is merely a clip from the original 60-minutes of pure Chinese traditional music transmitted in loop on-air non-stop! The Firedrake jammer is used in various programs (ie. against Falun Gong shortwave signals and Voice Of America services in Asia.) more info @ http://www.satdirectory.com/firedrake.html -
