- The Infinite Pet

Ok, so I guess I'm going to start writing in this again to vent and keep people posted about my wanderings in Europe.  I've been in London for about a month and a half now, and it's fantastic.  The Brits think I talk funny and that I support George Bush, and I think the Brits do everything backwards and hate on me because I'm American.  Sufficed to say, life is good.

My flatmates are great, and I'm glad it worked out that I'm living with them.  Jonah and Dan are music majors, and Kim is a writing major.  So the industrial and labor relations major is alas, on the other side of the spectrum from them, and conversation about my work life gets dull very quickly for them, so I try to engage them in more stimulating conversation when possible.  Acton, the town I live in, is relatively nice.  There are some sketch elements, but you know, thats what happens when you live in the city.  I'm just glad I haven't gotten mugged yet, and unfortunately I saw someone else getting mugged, and couldn't do much about it because he refused to let me call police.

To prevent this entry from reaching Kevin Newman proportions, I'll cut it off here.  I'm probably going down to Stonehenge this weekend while my flatmates are in Dublin (didn't sign up for the trip in time), and get my affairs in order so I can bounce down to Amsterdam next weekend.  Cheers all.

Profound thought of the day:

So I found out that the staff of the union that I work for have a union of their own.   The staff's union also has its own staff.  How come they don't have a union?

I do this for Jason Park and Jason Park alone.

Wow, I'm actually making an entry before Christmas!  Good stuff.  Final exams suck as usual, and studying for them has been a painful experience.  I'm really glad things have worked out with Adrienne though.  She's amazing and getting to know her and getting closer to her will be really cool.  It's weird because I never thought I would ever have a chance with her, but for some reason she seems to think I'm interesting hahahahaha...so I guess I should count my blessings.  Now all I have to do is get through winter break with her in California and all will be well.  Back to studying...peace.

P.S.  I gave you e-props Anni, so now you owe me!

So...I'm home for Thanksgiving. I'm so horrible with these postings hahaha. I think Newman might have a leg up on me with his updates and thats a sad sad thing for me to have to admit. It'll be good to get together with the guys and have a night out. It's been awhile since we've all been together to be able to do that. Turkey day is going well, my grandma is here fussing over everything so it should be a success as usual. I just hope that I can survive the next few weeks back at Corn-hell so I can make it back here in one piece. Since it might be awhile until my next post...peace out and have a Merry Christmas ;)
