30 Hour Famine

so.. its over. no more. townsend harris seekers 30 hour famine 2006 has officially concluded.

its been an AMAZING experience fasting with you guys. i know i for one have been truly moved and re-moved every time i see one of those promo dvds or hear a story about kids who live by eating leather chairs.

i KNOW i wasnt the only one counting down until we could eat again but i hope you guys know now.. although we went through this (relative) torture, we have to still consider ourselves so amazingly blessed.. because the people that we're doing it for dont have a countdown. they dont know when theyre going to eat next. and they certainly dont have what we had today (btw im so proud of you guys and SO HAPPY that all this food came in harhar).

so.. i hope you guys just found a new point of view from this experience.. we had alot of fun but lol our breakfast wasnt just about fellowship (and eating)! it was about.. love and hope and compassion.

lolllll i dont know about you but im having a major food coma.. i ate WAY too much. then i had dinner -.- sigh lolol
