1. I got my prov. license Monday.

2. I got contacts Monday

3. I drove Mr. Fox's '66 Mustang today! (its got a 289ci engine!) You can really feel the power when you touch the gas.

4. I got my hair cut radically two Sundays ago...

p.s. oh, btw I Mr. Fox said he'll sell his 289 engine to me for cheap cuz he's getting a bigger one for his Stang. THat's be awesome cuz I'd have an 8 cyl. instead of a dinky straight 6...bad gas mileage though. I'll have to think about it. What's your opinion?

Its My Birthday!!!

The second part

So here's the rest of the good news:

I drove the Mustang for the first time!!!Yeah!

Which meant I had to buy some a new sending unit and fuel filter to get it to work...and then I hooked up all the gas lines and everything...the fuel pump leaked a little though. so I don't know if I'll have to replace it or just tighten something up. Now I guess I'll start stripping everything down to the least common denominator!

Abram and his fiance! and her brother are all here on break. Wednesday afternoon ABram, Krisitn and I drove over to the Lehigh Tunnel and went backpacking. (the road leading into the tunnel)

It was the 1st time backpacking for Kristin.(she did VERY well) 

We spent the night then hiked all the next day...something like eight miles on Thursday. Here's a photojournal of it:
